Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern registration for and participation in trainings offered by Koneksyon Pam Academy ("the Academy", "we", "us"), a training program operated by Capitrace. By registering for a training you agree to these Terms.
About Koneksyon Pam Academy
Koneksyon Pam Academy offers paid, practical trainings such as "How to Easily Build a Website with Claude AI." Each training is a separate, one-time purchase — registering for or attending a training does not create or require a Capitrace trading subscription, and a Capitrace trading account is not required to register.
Registration and eligibility
To register you create a student account (or sign in with an existing account on the same underlying platform) and provide accurate registration information: name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, and country. You are responsible for the accuracy of this information.
Payment
Training fees are one-time payments processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. The price and currency for each training are shown before you pay.
Refunds and cancellations
Refund and cancellation requests are handled case by case — contact us using the details below.
Training format and changes
Each training's dates, format, and content are shown on its own page. We may need to adjust schedule details before a training begins; registered students are notified by email.
Conduct
Training sessions and materials are for your own personal use. Recording, redistributing, or reselling training content without permission is not permitted.
Communications
We send registration, payment, and access emails related to the training you registered for. If you opt in during registration, we may also send occasional announcements about future trainings — you can unsubscribe from those at any time without affecting your registration or access to a training you've already paid for.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Academy after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
