• Capitrace is not a registered investment adviser, financial adviser, fiduciary, or asset manager, and is not represented as one — unless and until that becomes legally true for the operating entity.
• Capitrace does not promise profitability, accuracy of any calculation or analytic, winning trades, or protection against loss.

Disclaimers do not grant permission

This disclaimer, and the Risk Disclosure it is published alongside, reduce ambiguity about what Capitrace is — they are not a license to build or market a feature that would, in substance, constitute regulated personalized investment advice. Where a planned or existing feature raises that question, it is reviewed internally rather than shipped on the assumption that a disclaimer alone makes it permissible.
