Risk Disclosure
Effective: 2026-09-10 · Version 2026-09-10
Trading financial instruments — including binary options and leveraged foreign exchange — involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Please read this disclosure carefully before using Capitrace.
1. You can lose money
Trading involves real financial risk. You may lose some or all of the capital you commit to trading. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
2. Past performance does not predict future results
Any historical statistics shown in Capitrace (win rate, past sessions, past P/L) describe what already happened in your own account. They do not guarantee, and should not be read as predicting, future performance.
3. Simulated and hypothetical results are not real trading
The Risk Simulator produces hypothetical, mathematical outcomes based on assumptions you provide (starting capital, risk per trade, assumed win rate, number of trades). These are illustrations of "what if" scenarios — they do not represent actual trading, do not use real market data, and do not guarantee that real trading will resemble them in any way.
4. Binary options and leveraged Forex carry significant risk
Binary options can result in the total loss of the amount staked on a single trade. Leveraged Forex trading can result in losses exceeding your initial deposit, depending on your broker's terms. Both are complex, high-risk instruments — make sure you understand a product before trading it.
5. Calculations, analytics, simulations, and projections cannot guarantee an outcome
Capitrace's risk calculations, analytics, Risk Radar status, Session Companion messages, simulations, and any projections are organizational and mathematical tools built from the data you provide. None of them can guarantee a trading outcome, and none of them constitute a promise, prediction, or recommendation about what will happen in the market.
6. You are responsible for your own trading decisions
Capitrace does not place trades on your behalf and does not tell you to buy or sell. Every trading decision, and its consequences, remain entirely your own responsibility.
